World Mental Health Week
10, October 2023
Every year we celebrate World Mental Health Day on 10 October. The theme for 2023, set by the World Foundation of Mental Health, is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’.
World Mental Health Day is a chance to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.
Come together with friends, families and Staff this World Mental Health Day, by holding a Tea & Talk!
Miss M Hussain will be taking this theme on board and preparing a range of activities, seminars and intergrating the importance and awareness of everyones mental health as a focus in pupils school days to inform and educate all pupils.
Tea & Talk!
Please look back sooner to the date to see the plan and range of activities planned (I heard a bake sale is going to be done).
